QUALITY

All of Lina’s designs are handcrafted and created with love in her San Diego Studio. With years of product research done, she has found the best materials to make her art high quality. Lina is an experimental artist and is drawn to using a variety of mediums like resin, foam, paper mache, clay and many more. Lina and her small team are dedicated to aiming for perfection when creating pieces. Each piece is treated like her own and has extreme attention to detail. When receiving handmade products you may see some minor imperfections and unique flaws, but the feeling of a hand made piece adds to its charm! 

SHIPPING

One of a kind items are shipped 1-3 business days after purchase. Made to order items may take up to 12-15 weeks to arrive depending on the current wait list and hours spent on each design. You may be able to receive your item earlier if possible :) but unfortunately sometimes a bit longer depending on your item.

Shipping prices are calculated based on distance and weight. International shipping has a flat rate of $100 per small item and $250 for large items.

There is no expedited shipping. Lina likes to be fair to everyone and ships based off of when your order is purchased. Expedited shipping causes wait times to be longer for other clients. 

AFTER PURCHASE

If you are seeking an order update please remember the 5-15 week wait time and know that your order is not forgotten. Since each piece takes a different amount of time to create, it is difficult to know an exact date on when it will be finished. 

The majority of Mirrors by Lina pieces arrive safely, there are times that they may have minor damage when being shipped. Mirrors by Lina is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged. If you receive a problem with your package please contact mirrorsbylina@gmail.com and her team will do their best to find a solution for any issue. 

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order pieces. Due to the fragile nature of each piece, they should not be shipped back and fourth to avoid breakage. If we have already started working on your order and you would like to cancel, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Lina is the creator of her small business and has built it all on her own. She works her absolutely hardest and puts all her time into making her business run perfectly. Her work days consist of emailing clients, social media posts, new collections, creating new designs, shipping, promoting, buying inventory, packaging and balancing her personal life! With her team of just 1 they are doing their best to make sure every customer is happy. While Mirrors by Lina is evolving everyday, this is the current business model that has worked for the business. Please keep this in mind if any problems arise, it is their goal to find the best solution for any issues.
